I was arrested and deported under the Law for the Protection of the Constitution as a threat to the security of the state and a beggar since there were no witnesses who came forward to give evidence against me and I had not claimed social security.

While it is reassuring that a contractual obligation was finally met on 29/12/2015 and the explosives were delivered according to Germany's wishes-there was no meeting of minds in November -December 2004-the explosives are not likely to be used by any republican mainstream or splinter organisation since they are not in their possession and are stored safely and carefully guarded by those who learned the hard way not to invite sedition or disorder in a neighbouring jurisdiction with money, weapons and beer parties.
While I make no secret of the fact that I gave the only intelligent Irishman's response to the Mitchell Plan, both "No" and "Yes" voters in the plebiscite are equally bound by its effect which was for the end to all armed actions against the British presence in Ireland. It does to remember that the Mitchell Plan was agreed overwhelming by a majority,North and South.
