The bombing of New Forge RUC rest centre in the South of Belfast

 In 1984-5 after an attempt to recruit me as an informer by the government harem (MI 5) agent, Jennifer Mc Curry,I decided to retaliate against the police who she enlisted to conduct open surveillance on my student lodgings.

I took an interest in Thatcher's inflammatory rhetoric to the effect that "there must be no hiding place for terrorists in the Irish Republic or anywhere else".

I decided to reciprocate RUC harassment with an attack on their vehicles outside my lodgings. I communicated this plan to Dave Mc Auley of Lower Falls Sinn Fein.

In the event,no such operation went ahead but Newry was mortared after the end of surveillance by liveried RUC landrovers. Nine police officers were reported dead.

Near where the MI 5 hooker lived was the rest centre for the police force.

I suggested that we bring a mortar up the Lagan Canal towpath on a trolley and fire it into the New Forge building.

I cannot remember if this attack went ahead.

In my final briefings I told Jim Wray to either bomb or mortar the New Forge building.

 As I recall the building was attacked and serious damage was caused.

I recall that my bon mot,possibly carried in An Phoblacht was that " there should be no resting place for terrorists."

Lurgan,the killing of police detectives

 In my briefings either in 1987 to Michael Mc Manus or in my final briefings, perhaps even earlier to Manus Maguire,the double agent,I mentioned or wrote down the prevalence of jogging by police detectives as a means of patrolling and surveillance.

The police were indeed very foolhardy and naive because their behaviour formed part of a consistent pattern. 

In my conversations with other IRA members I decided to kill two police joggers in retaliation for the killing of a member of the INLA outside the police station in Lurgan or Portadown. That volunteer was called Marshall. He was shot outside the police station and there were accusations of police collusion with his loyalist killers. Loyalist gangs were established by RUC Special Branch and British Army Military Intelligence to combat the republican insurrection.

Two policemen were subsequently killed in either Portadown or Lurgan as they conducted surveillance on those walking behind them. I pointed out in my briefings to Jim Wray, having carefully studied the subject,that surveillance can be conducted from in front of the intended target.

In the killings,the IRA members dressed as women.

The grenade and rocket attacks on the Falls Road

 After he stepped down from the IRA I maintained some contact with Michael Mc Manus of CIRA/Republican Sinn Fein and met him frequently over the summer of 1987 after the Loughgall Ambush.

I maintained my posture against the RUC ignoring the threat posed by British Army thugs.

It was Michael Mc Manus who communicated to me in February 1983 that I was the new Director of Operations (Northern Command) "whether you like it or not". There were no other witnesses to my appointment as D.O. (N.C.) who I know since Michael Mc Manus is dead and I do not know who appointed me to that role.

During the summer of 1987, accurate memory fails me,I briefed Mick on killing yet more RUC members.

I said to him that the Makrolon cladding on police Land rover would withstand  a Rocket Propelled Grenade but that a rocket propelled grenade would penetrate the steel tailgates of same.

I was determined on the cold-blooded killing of policemen and suggested a follow-up operation of throwing a grenade into the back of a police land rover.

I anticipated the police would leave their tailgates open after the first attack.

These brutal and barbaric attacks cost seven policemen their lives.

This is what comes of mixing with dangerous people -DEATH.

The Bomb at Killeen

 In the 1980's I rose high in the ranks of the Northern IRA after sound academic achievements and a proper schooling in German industrial organisation.

In November 1981 I volunteered for the IRA.

During my briefings with Michael Mc Manus in the early 1980's I counselled concentrating our efforts on the police.

In my tactical guidelines,the killing of policemen and the bombing of their installations was my priority.

One of these intelligence-based targets was the crossing point on the North-South border at Killeen.

I specified to Mick my tactic of a huge bomb in a hay trailer to exploit the element of subterfuge and completely wipe out our RUC targets. I was that brutalised young man who believed in over-kill and giving our enemy no chance to escape,all part of the business of Death.

A huge bomb exploded at Killeen as per my instructions and three policemen and a young policewoman were killed.

The trap was a brutal and barbaric killing by people who it has been shown abandon those who they lured into involvement with the IRA.

Those people were bought by money and overpowered by political blarney which claimed many lives after the end of the conflict.

Many adherents of the IRA were sent to prison and places of confinement by Sinn Fein headmen styling themselves politicians in the years following the final ceasefire.

Many of their followers were described as schizoaffective by virtue of listening to silly nonsense such as the Adams lectures and taking seriously Martin Mc Guinness's baloney in the Green Book.

I accept that what I called "overkill" methods was the outcome of a callous mind and a cruel nature. The indescribable death and end of those lives cause me deep regret and bitter anguish as the crimes of American soldiers and British and Israeli gunmen will one day return to haunt them and cause them profound regret for what they blandly and unthinkingly do today.

War is not a puzzle to be solved by a "genius" such as myself. It is an evil piece of uniformed gangsterism,murder,death, injury, destruction and crime. Nothing more, nothing less.

The downing of helicopters...."X" marks the spot.. Final orders

 In the period before Michael Mc Manus left the IRA in September 1983 to form the Continuity IRA,he imparted to myself the use of machine guns to bring down British Army helicopters.

This tactic involved positioning two machine guns on high ground several  hundred yards apart and firing at helicopters as they tried to escape rapid-fire,belt-fed machine guns.

This tactic was used in South Armagh in 1978 and brought down a British Army helicopter.

The tactic,best summed up as a curtain of fire,I revived in August 1988.

The instruction was passed on to GHQ.

Reports vary about the success of the tactic subsequently but one report indicates that six or seven helicopters were brought down by the IRA in the whole course of the Troubles.

I only recently became aware of the downing of a helicopter at Garrison,County Fermanagh.

Romanism, priestcraft and secularism

The Vatican and the Irish and English Catholic Church have spun a web of illusion over their activities because of a want of sanity in this country and the failure to separate church and state. You will eventually get to know priests as arch deceivers. Not a single one of them truly believes in the Gospel message no more than the tetrarch of Galilee,Herod.

For their opponents' part, Sinn Fein is a dictatorial,het-up female hen party who are only involved in politics for private gain.

A priest or Provo will never let you know where his true loyalty lies or tell you of his comings and goings but you'll find out eventually where his loyalty lies,namely to the half crown. That is what Orangemen and Protestants call Romanism. The lay organisations of the Catholic Church embrace public nuisance activities such as pettifogging in the street. That phenomenon was what O Riordain called "street scenes with fascists". The Church's games are better known as tactical deception. You eventually get the measure of every man in every town and city though you may find it difficult to figure out the Irish countryman because he is a master of obscurantism.

In Britain,the people who know how to deal with the Vatican and its arrogant claims are the Members of Parliament. The latter do not believe in any form of divinity or diversity. Their gods are what the initials M.P. stand for namely Money and Power and that is viewed as the Bank of England and the pound sterling and legislation for social ills.

A precedent or precedents of sorts for the British system of government?

In the Ancient Roman Empire all power and legal authority resided in the Emperor to whom the army played second fiddle but democracy was represented by the Senate and military consuls of the Roman Republic.

Anyone who is attracted to Rome as are Italian fascists and British imperialists and German mass murderers is attracted at very least to imperialism,what was an empire. 

That at least is the viewpoint of liberal modern politicians and of the Calvinists and the Baptists and the Evangelical sects and the Christological cults.

From a society with a lot of religious fundamentalists such as ours,I say that it takes all sorts to make a world and the state and the public estate claims that the concept of civil rights exists in balance with religion.

The pure drop of knowledge contradicts the above liberal concepts.

Those who unwittingly refer to the Church, the only church which gives charitably, as the Roman Catholic Church are associating the Church with the Roman Empire.

The early church was persecuted by numerous Roman Emperors who saw it as the cause of the ruin of Rome,a city state which had grown too big for its boots,a state made rich by unpaid labour and in the grip of both mob and gluttons,Stoics and Epicureans.

There was very little the clergy or Society of Jesus could do to change the ignorant prejudices and organised heresy and rampant individualism of the Reformation until the Church had a secure base in a neighbouring country.

The Catholic Church and (British) colonialism

The existence of the faith in Ireland and Africa and Asia prefigured the collapse of British imperialism.

 US Catholicism prefigures the collapse of US imperialism and the mafia it nurtures in that brutal,barbaric and rapacious capitalist society.

The Western Orthodox Church will see to that and the money grubbing mafia behind his throne will be cast aside. His Russian nationalism will "die in the dust" because he was opposed to The Change. The Roman system is based on enslavement and paternal and patristic authority and it dispenses public charity from those at the top of a social hierarchy,the patrician class, whereas the English or Protestant system is based on the contractual (or reciprocal) system.

A type of Catholic socialism?

Despite the Catholic Church's claims to be based on communality or communitarianism, it falls far short of any serious attempt to get people around the table at a political level to decide and act on a reciprocal level.

The Enniskillen Bomb

 I had no involvement in the Enniskillen Bomb. It seems to have been aimed at Enniskillen loyalist irredentists and the riff-raff and scum attracted to the childish and immoral displays of naked sectarian hatred, British militarism and imperialism.

Only the Catholic and Protestant dog-ends are attracted to such sectarian events and the parades of hooligans claiming cultural associations.

I did however read in the London edition of the Guardian a report that Kathleen Gleeson and Seamus Caulfield were the culprits. She seems to have been trying to throw the spotlight elsewhere from her involvement in the arrest of Niall Jackman and Manus Maguire,the killing of Seamus Mc Elwaine and of myself being poisoned with amphetamines.

I believe that she told a pack of lies in the 'IRA' investigation. The subsequent statement claimed that a British Army radio scanner detonated the bomb. 

I believed that she was a poor liar and that the bomb was detonated with a timing-and-power unit built by Jimmy Mc Givern.

In August 1988 I made my report to Martin Mc Guinness's nominee and recommended that Gleeson and Caulfield be expelled with disgrace and Jimmy Mc Givern shot in the foot to mark him out as the main 'technical' offender for building the bomb. I counselled that we " work our way around the go-between,Martin Mc Manus,because I intend, myself and others,to feed him false information about what I have in store for the English and turn a disadvantage into an advantage..."

Or,as Mick Joe Sheridan would say,"Lawyers are snakes...."

Whatever we might make of insurgency or sectarian killers,the spectre of loyalists driving into Cornagrade to break windows ended with the bombing of the military display according to Gaby Maguire (Drumcor Hill, Enniskillen/Lisnaskea).

The bomb at Deal Army barracks

 In August 1988 I was threatened by British Army thugs who I believed were Royal Marines. They were,in fact,overgrown English head-bangers of the Coldstream Guards.

I decided to act against the Royal Marines who I had also encountered in the 'close surveillance.operation' at Broadgate building site,the Shearson Lehman building development, in August 1986. There,the jumped-up Royal Marines hard-man,Danny Cahillane (alias Mitchell) tried out his sensory deprivation tactics and in consort with Dave Franks and John Durkan,tried to "rig" two accidents intended to be fatal...

In any case,the IRA had an open file on the Royal Marines. We decided to strike at "the soft under-belly.of British imperialism" in an operation I ordered out of the same intemperance which I had imbibed with my mother's milk and in Germany and England.

We cut the defensive perimeter wire with wire-cutters and planted a bomb next their sleeping quarters at Deal.

Eleven of these Royal Marine bandsmen were reported dead.

Around the time.of the three major attacks against military and building workers,I also included my joker,"IRA cease recruitment."

I had nothing to do with the IRA after 1988.

The bomb attack at Ballygawley against the Light Infantry transport bus...

 I 'clocked' the old Leyland tour-bus bringing British soldiers back from their Fermanagh border posting in August-September 1987 as it made its way through Lisnaskea towards Maguiresbridge,Co. Fermanagh. I anticipated that it was, under cover of darkness,on its way to Aldergrove RAF base on a journey for the English soldiers back to Britain. I had some experience of these vicious little English bast...s at Broadgate building site the previous year with a mouthy little Scottish bricklayer.

 I decided to act. 

I made a note of the registration number, vehicle type and colours and stored the information away safely.

In August 1988 I made my report and included details of where the best location was to 'take' this bus full of troops, on the basis of what I had learned in England,namely that soldiers do not protect policemen or their barracks,unless unknowingly.

I reckoned that this bus would pass the RUC (bombed) Police Station at Ballygawley, keeping it to the left and make a 'deliberate point' of turning off the main road to do so, thereby having to slow down at the junction on the main A 5. This was yet another instance of my discovery of what I referred to as 'predictive predictability ' . It was based on the cultural apposite that "I shall protect the man on my right" (Isaiah,O.T.). These deaths show the inherent folly of arcane knowledge and occult practices.

I decided when briefing Jim Wray to specify that the bomb be placed at this junction to take advantage of the opportunity to "get my score up" telling Wray that "all targets are on the menu not just the police".

The Reid brothers detonated the bomb,to the best of my knowledge,and eight of these "strangers on a foreign shore" were reported killed by the bomb.

My 'Spielplan' monologue of 1988 was audio- recorded by American Military Intelligence and retailed by the Department of Foreign Affairs on Saint Stephen's Green beside Smurfit Paribas 'merchant' bank for IR£500-600m. In association with Jim Crean,political figures had already formed a criminal syndicate of 'well-heeled' spoofers and other social parasites such as IRA moneylenders, Sinn Fein cornerboys,fly-by-night financial speculators and Italian economic analysts.

The Lenihan-Haughey gang fell out over how to "divvy up the spoils of the enterprise", namely publishing my 'play' to the US Government. Lenihan sent the FCA Hayes gang to kill me at Team Aer Lingus on 26.11.1990 in association with a joinery firm from Newry,one of whom was killed by the IRA on my part. A good little Belfast woman saw to that cutthroat,using a well-known double agent. She and I earlier "wrapped up our tent and headed for the hills" ( Der Spielplan, July-August 1988,Dublin). The attack on the Military Intelligence Headquarters in Lisburn. Last orders,1988

 In the 1980's I was determined to strike back at those killing IRA men. Since SAS histories strenuously disavowed most of the blame,notably "Who Dares Wins!" (Tony Geraghty,1980),I decided to attack the organising centre after first approaching my target from the periphery.

 What target on the periphery?

 The mobile 'Q-vans' of the gangster elite.

In my final briefings in August 1988,I fastened on intelligence-led operations to identify mobile Military Intelligence vehicles and numbers of occupants and undercover soldiers and policemen. (Some of the latter were involved in this armed gangsterism).

We too set out to conduct close-quarters surveillance and to use vehicles of similar marque and colour and type with similar registration numbers to smuggle in a large bomb.

I decided to deploy Belfast Intelligence against the Military Intelligence Headquarters at Lisburn.

The earliest reports from the resultant 'shock attack' was to the effect that the bomb we smuggled in using subterfuge,cost six undercover soldiers their lives. Later reports said that two soldiers were killed. It detonated in front of a canteen or command building,memory fails me as to which.

The incident at Dunloy

In my early time in the IRA, I took an unhealthy interest in our opponents.

In the period of my preparation,I broached the idea of setting a trap for our opponents.

I mentioned the outline of a tactic to kill members of the SAS to Michael Mc Manus or others who I was dealing with.

That plan was to alert the SAS to 'IRA' activity by revealing an arms dump to them and drawing them into their preferred location to observe 'IRA' men coming to the dump.

However,it was not my intention to send IRA men to their death but rather to catch the SAS team out and kill the them by coming around behind them and opening fire.

This tactic was tried out at Dunloy and led to the killing of an SAS man and two IRA men in the period 1981-3.

Thereafter,I decided to use different tactics and give these government assassins absolutely no chance.

Open warfare,1988-1997

 In my final briefings as Director of Operations (Northern Command), I advised once again,"open military warfare" and giving your enemy a chance to defend himself.

In 1983-5 I had ordered the importation of a flame-thrower from a friendly power for the classic 'German' infantry assault. That flame-thrower was imported from Libya.

During the high-point of the activities which came after my briefings,six soldiers were killed at Derryard,Roslea in an interchange of fire using "surprise tactics" and "superiority in weapons and men". 

That was the initial report of casualties.

 Later reports said two soldiers were killed.

 The use of the flame-thrower indicates that their positions were overrun and that six soldiers were,in fact, killed.

The four soldiers who survived the exchange of fire,were freed by the IRA as the rules of war dictate. They were unharmed.

I though fanatical in my earlier involvement with the IRA,had counselled releasing some of our adversaries and letting some of those taken into custody by the Counter Intelligence Unit go.

Why so?

Because it was clear that everyone who the IRA got its hands on,was being killed or executed. Bradley who I briefed had to be put in fear of his life to stop him killing more innocent people. I told him that I had cleared his execution with Pat Doherty and would personally kill him for "bringing the IRA and myself into disrepute".

That is what comes of sending a Belfast cornerboy or a boy soldier to do a man's job as the IRA did in its formative years.

I had let three policemen go at Belcoo in August 1982 and was branded an "escapist" by Carron in November 1982 and a "security risk" by Michael Mc Manus and eventually ridiculed as "politically unreliable" by Mc Manus as he beat his retreat into retirement.

 In 1987-8 while in England,I personally gathered information on commercial targets i.e. those who had donated to Thatcher's election campaign. All of the main donors had their headquarters attacked and destroyed according to a matrix which I laid down in writing,the British Operations Handbook 1987-8.

I also gathered information on sabotage,the second stream of the English campaign. I intended not just to attack financial key points but also to make daily life, particularly transport from the North and West to London well-nigh impossible. I urged the IRA to access literature from Colonel Blimp-types on sabotage. That literature was published by the Royal United Services Institute,as I recall.

I identified two key locations of road and rail chokepoints, Whipp's Cross Interchange and Hammersmith Railway Bridge. 

The bomb detonated under the first location and the second failed bomb attack seems to have been conducted by those who "had cut themselves loose from the main body of troops".

Choices, choices, choices. Bombing England

 At first,I imagined in 1983 that we could conceal electronic miniature blast incendiaries with petrol and sugar propellant and Frangex as fire alarms in the electric service conduits of the banks in the City of London. Those were the objects of my old ire.

In desperation at meeting solid opposition to anything other than pathetic terrorist attacks incited by Owen Carron,I settled on blast incendiaries equipped with an anti-handling device placed on the reception counter of the City of London tall-towers.

In August 1987,I discerned that I had to apply myself single-mindedly to the task and went to London for the third period to prepare the attacks in person. With help from an unknown source,I identified vehicles which would not excite suspicion for being at the chosen locations of the bombings. 

I came up with and sketched out a range of modi operandi.

I was subsequently accused of high treason and threatened with the death penalty. The first murder threat came on 16 December 1984.

In association with an electronic  engineer,Gilbert "Danny" Mc Namee (BSc.,MSc Electronics) I bombed Thatcher in Brighton at the Annual Conservative Party Conference in November 1983. The timer was an electronic three-month delay timer. That bomb was planted by a Belfast Provisional,Patrick Magee. In my instance,the people who gave evidence to the police being Joe Mc V. and Kevin Lunny and Sean Sheridan.

The thing about riff-raff and scum is that like weeds,they can appear anywhere even in our immediate vicinity. I found that out when an old Provo crone from Derrylin was sent by Gordon Magrath,Hazel Farlowe and Graeme Kenny/Allen/ Mc Coy (alias Sean Farry) of the NIHE to the house next door to bang doors at 4 o' clock in the morning.

These pigs in the Housing Executive are untrammeled by proper regulation and a proper police response. The problem originated in Monaghan Irish Army base with Joe and Gaby Mc Laughlin and a madman from Leitrim,Liam Mc Girl of Ballinamore.

 ...I wonder in amazement at myself sometimes regarding my brazen audacity of the 1980's.

Have nothing to do with Russia or Russians,I advise any young person or person going through a crisis of belief. The answer-song to Marxism, particularly Russian Marxism

Russian Marxism was a political movement which set aside moral judgement and empirio-scientific criticism of the Soviet Union. Russian  Marxism did not assert common standards and measures of law or even,proper storytelling and historical recollection.

He thought he knew more than the worldly-wise and already well-travelled Northerner in myself.

I conclude that your head is "completely gone" or that it is lodged firmly up your ass and that you have embezzled my lyrical fees for the 'play' of July-August 1988. That plan was in the form of a monologue recorded by RTE engineers. 

You see yourself as the real 'mockingbird', Mr. Hewson, but what is your ambiguous relationship with the Garda Drugs Squad?

 Did you play a role in property speculation in Ireland and elsewhere and instigate evictions of myself and others from our modest accommodation?

 It is clear to myself and everyone who has had to listen to your visceral carping about matters which are beyond your level of intellect,reasoning ability and level of socio-cultural attainment that you are an Anglo-American stooge in our country.

Your prominence as a 'spokesman' for our country marks you out not just as an enemy of taxpayers and those who believe in good conduct and public probity.

Like everything else worthwhile in this wretched country,the claim but not the undesired infamy,fame or ill-repute belongs to myself and the Provos in Derry and Derrylin and....a small number of very wayward but dedicated individuals who don't tolerate fools easily,not you or your drug-addled acquaintances in Island Records Corporation and Words for Music plc,a Google Inc. subsidiary in effect. 

How many accountancy firms,shell companies and tax-avoidance schemes are you involved in,I ask myself? 

Do the people who buy and play your records on the radio believe in normal civil discourse. Do your Dutch and US lawyers accord legality to the financial hostages whom you hold through buying up unsecured debt with tax-free publishing royalties.

The tax authorities and courts should bring you to court for tax evasion,money laundering and financial offences. A few years in prison would clear your mind of the obstacles to a drug-free lifestyle with a woman of your own age since I note that your wife was thirteen when you 'met' her.

They set traps for their suspects,regardless of how meagre their resources. The Russians and the English admire their deadly foes and lionise them. Their joint emissaries in various socialist parties and communist groupings inducted the Irish in their mores in the 1970's and 1990's. Only the English Labour Party respects the Irish but both that organisation and the Tories believe firmly that all Irish people are adrift on a sea of alcohol.

The great folly of Marxism Leninism,an entirely Bolshevik invention, is proletarian internationalism a la Napoleon,a superstate comprising many nationalities and races and religions. Today this misty ideal is honoured only by social panoplists. The fact of the matter is that nation states exist only partly for the demands of native industrialists. There are very good reasons for countries to maintain safe borders and internal divisions and entitlement disparities.

Lenin was the author of the tripartite approach to the followers of Marxism. He claimed in 1898 that the three component parts of Marxism are German philosophy, French politics and English economics. This is untrue. The Marxists were almost solely English trade unionists and the Continental intelligentsia, people who give some credit to their own scholars. (Lenin formed the theory of proletarian internationalism to bring the international national working class together.)

In fact,the French hate the Germans for stealing their inventions such as the motor car and despise the English for patenting the pneumatic tyre before them. They most of all hate the Russians for their brutality and violence hiding behind a mask of diplomatic ambiguity. The Germans envy the English but realise that England is a much more socially advanced society,the Manchester Guardian roseate picture of Germany apart.

The English laugh at their exploiters and give them a good tight kick in the backside after trade union demands from employers have moderated. Nobody takes the Italians seriously apart from the Daily Mail and gay Jewish barbers sons such as Churchill.

Palestine -Israel is a cosmopolis of different people's and nationalities of whom none bear any resemblance in ethnicity or type to the historical Jews of the Bible.

In short,you need scholars in other people's countries to tell your own people what are other countries people's are like and Russia does not have any scholars anymore because they have emigrated. That fact is due to lack of opportunity and decent pay. Russia badly needs its young people to return home as I did in delirium deliquendi.

In the space of a few months,the world has changed irreversibly. The British and Americans and all of the NATO countries have been checked in their dangerous, insentient pursuit of encirclement and total domination in the East.

Why when one hears the piquing and grunting of Enda Mc Clafferty on BBC Radio Ulster,do I get the same feeling of fin de siecle of the news broadcasts from Saigon and the South of Vietnam as the Viet Cong were closing in in 1974.

As someone who is old enough to remember the cant and pornography of violence then,I say that BBC Radio Ulster is singing from the same song sheet.

We hear talk of tanks,planes,drones,robots but it is clear that nuclear rockets cannot be bested and that Russia threatens the West with destruction.

The future is a daunting prospect as old enemies reconcile and new cracks appear which spell the end of NATO.

While the West will not be able to levy war, war and the West's chickens coming home to roost after centuries of terror far away will destroy not just the peace of the Western world but its prosperity.

I regret bringing the Western-Eastern detente to an end so finally  and dramatically through a half-forgotten intervention to an audience of two radio listeners I July-August 1988. That rhodomontade partly set in motion the decline of European and North American civilization.

My conclusion is that culture,history and standards of justice and equity must find their focus elsewhere.

The police detective and soldier working undercover is loyal to the state, alone, ultraloyal because he is beholden to it for his dual livelihoods. (Mc Cartan of the Communist Party of Ireland is typical of the type. He is receiving large sums of money to persuade gullible fools that Ireland should leave the European Union).

When outed to the host beastie by the  latter's real friends,a pig will walk in the door of his mortal foe's living accommodation unannounced. Without knocking,he hopes to gain information on his foil to injure him and members of his family. At any one posting a Garda pig and his snout concentrate their energies to disrupt the activities of two people,not just one host beastie.

The follow-up to these paramilitary shenanigans is the dipsomaniac or drug addict sent to check up on a Garda foil or police 'target'.

An informer "likes to string the bit out" i.e. deliver on his false promises too late for satisfaction of an outstanding debt or postpone repayment of a loan to the Greek calends. You invite a bast... like him or her-there are even female blackguards who plead acts of God and force majeure-into your home at your own peril.

He will try to extract a payment from you "for listening to you" (Cahal Morris,Patrick Mc Grory). He likes to talk down to others.

His guard is always up but he tries to give the impression of joyful camaraderie and playful interest in you making a success of yourself and cheerful banter. Beware,his heart is as black as coal. He is the eternal waster and solicitor of favours or money,a conniver and a recidivist. His principal is someone who is either in high authority or idolises authority. The agent may try to involve others such as a family member who will have been recruited in a bookie shop,a man who would do anything for the love of 'sport'.

It must be pointed out to the unwary, there is a third leg on the stool,the modern Provos as intermediaries for the police,a role formerly occupied by priests.

My advice as regards that type of blackguard?

Tell drunks and drug addicts and petty criminals who seek solace or financial support for their habits,"Go and see a doctor. He is the only one qualified to help you. I am not paid to listen to a c... like you. A lot of your problems emanate from your family and people in closed groups like the Provos, Freemasons and dissident republican organisations.One of them is sending you around here for information which he intends to sell to the police for a couple of pounds and you know that as well as I do. Stick your begging bowl up your ar.. and go away home to your family."

While women are gossips and some of them in prostitution, nursing and the licensed trade have others beaten up,they rarely stoop to giving false information to incriminate someone. They are trained from  an early age in Ireland to take their complaints to higher authority and that answering person is only rarely a policeman or officer of the court. Where a woman has worked her way into a position of higher authority, usually through nepotism,all bets are off and social outcomes are at variance and unpredictable.  In November 1992 I moved to Enniskillen,a social worker of rare integrity had advised me to "sign on the homeless list of the NIHE",and I was allocated a house according to my preference in a (religiously) 'mixed area' i.e. public housing provision accomodation,a small but adequate two-bedroom bungalow.

The house was the subject of sectarian attacks and intimidation from juvenile loyalist hooligans...

In the town of Enniskillen,I found a very disturbing picture of sectarianism in commercial premises employment practices. I set out to do something about the situation,not like the old nationalist dochalls of the town who voted for Sinn Fein and for spies such as Gentleman Farmers.

I invoked the Government of Ireland Act 1920 and the Northern Ireland Constitution Act 1972  when I had settled on an item of purchase in a shop, throwing my eye around me to 'see if there were any Catholic faces working there' since national -religious differences are very evident to all sentient people in the North of Ireland. In keeping with the laws of the land,I pointed out to the Protestant shopkeeper," If Catholics aren't good enough to work here, we're not good enough to shop here."

Of course,the stupid Free Staters,acting under the influence of the gobshite Albert Reynolds,continued to patronise these Protestant bigots and sectarian madmen.

Eventually,word got round and Catholics were employed,no thanks to shitheads like Gerry Adams and Martin Mc Guinness. The Irish Government in association with the IRA recruited that pair from the dole queue to answer for the 'sins' of the Provisionals i.e.people like myself who had the good sense to stay in the background and 'say nothing' when we were planning 'something'.

And that is something the Sinn Fein assholes who went to prison,such as Adams, Hughes and Mc Guinness do not do because behind all their self-satisfying preening and assurances,not forgetting Adams' literary efforts about absolute secrecy,they are idle gossips who 'hang around' bookie shops and pubs.

I have always regarded Provo politicians as a laughing stock not to be taken seriously. They represent powerful vested interests in America,the people the socialists mock and ridicule for mental incompetence and appealing to the 'lowest common denominator ',people who only act when " the horse has bolted" rather than"heading the ponies off at the pass"( "Ci Sono barbari","What is to be done-The Sequel", July-August 1988,Dublin).

Soldiers 'games'? House arrest? Nos?

Most soldiers are gangsters and thugs, particularly the English types-the Germans are no different. Their threats and insults must be met by the full force of the law and in neo-colonial societies such as the North with armed force when that response is properly justified by ordinary sense. English, Irish and German bandits were met by armed force wherever they put their foot. 

The U. S. must be challenged by the modern torch-bearers of civilisation, modernisation and basic moral and human values. 

Overtures of peace have been spurned and the hand of peace rejected. The path of compromise has not been followed.

A reasonable outcome to the latest political wrangling in the North of Ireland?

 No! A fundamental break with Britain is required!

It must be remembered that Sinn Fein only gained the vote of 15% of those registered to vote.

 Because of government domination of the state media,there is a declining interest in 'doctored' news and medical propaganda.

We are becoming free of a way of life dealt countless blows by the armed insurgency. That insurrection was staged by the Free State government against a brutal and barbaric colonial regime,its army,its police and its armed auxiliaries. A way of life is coming to an end. No amount of loyalist bluster,glib rhetoric and mindless filibustering can conceal that elementary fact.

A postscript. While the Northern Ireland or regional politicians may have their noses closer to the ground,neither set wants to contribute to the British National Exchequer for different reasons.

Both sets of bores are idle sportsmen or small  businessmen,not people who decide major matters. They are spear carriers for others.

The politics of the Catholic Church

While it is said by clergymen that Christians have no true politics,what passes for the politics of the Catholic Church is insipid,mawkish sentimentality which appeals only to cutthroats,ambitious Philistines and urban criminals. 

However in all rational debates and discussions,it should be remembered that the Irish Catholic Church has raised Irish Catholics up from the level of brutes and ignorant countrymen to the level of thinking people in defiance of the Orange Order, Unionists of all shades and Protestant assemblies.

The latter argument is not the point of this article,so let us examine some issues arising from the 1930's persona of the Church.

I refer to its fascist sentinels .

One of the Dublin church sentinels,one of those many lumpen thugs dredged up into vigilantee gangs by Archbishop  Connell attacked me with a cutthroat razor in late 1991 and carved open my hand. 

Another Dublin sentinel for Purnell (British Military Intelligence,Temple Bar,Dublin) was Cathal Morris (SCR,Dublin/ Cornagrade, Enniskillen and Drumclay Road). He tried to push me into the path of the Mercedes of Pat Burke,the Government assassin,on Long Lane in 1989.

Was it ever any different with a psychopath called John Connell and Joe Duffy and John Halton, Gabriel Lonergan and Joe Mc Guinness Guinness and his liegemen,Morris and O Brien?

Dublin says included my involvement with the unemployed movement set up by the Catholic Church and the ICTU.

Mike Allen was the English import brought in to head up the so-called Irish National Organisation of the Unemployed by spies in Armagh,Belfast and Derry. 

Allen saw his role as a spy in the pay of the Irish Congress of Trade Unions,diverting criticism from the trade union heads and suppressing protest against the Irish gombeen class.

 The politics of the modern Catholic Church which it has taught the SDLP and confined former radicals in latter day Sinn Fein to,are no different from those of the Ancient Order of Hibernians and nationalist agitators.

SDLP and Sinn Fein used to represent the interests of their voters assiduously. They are now with only a few exceptions disinterested representatives of the Catholic Church.

The heart of the matter

Working men and women and progressives, all churches are earthly institutions full of beggars and begrudgers who believe in "killing" (Pope Leo 12,Rerum Novarum,1883) and "coercion" and The Corporation (Pope Pius 12,Divini Redemptoris,1937).

These prelates are people who departed from the Christian Faith at the turn of the first millennium. Then they abandoned the role of Vicar or married priest. Saint Peter was married and that is the personage in whom the role of Vicar of Rome truly rests,a married man.

Don't be misled by these worldly men whose admonitions are often of a sectarian or hateful or spiteful nature. They are after all only men,not divinities. Whereas those of them in a state of grace have power to mediate with God on behalf of the layman, many are not in such a state of grace because they do not attend to their duties in a proper fashion.

It is not for a layman such as myself to lay down the law to clergymen. It is for the Catholic Church,the true vessel of Christ,to pay heed to the voice of the faithful and to change its course fulsomely and in keeping with the Gospels.

We say to worldly clergymen,"We all know that you are uncharitable men. You are fooling nobody with your pious phrases. You are empty vessels and empty vessels such as yourselves,revivalists,naturalists and Paisley make the most noise."

Whatever about the failings of the clergy and parishes and dioceses and the countries of the Church,we must not deny them proper sustenance and active support. We should not shower them with verbal abuse like the heretics do but rather welcome them and their work willingly because they are only human vessels at the end of the day. By God's grace they are invested with the work of divine ministry and spiritual powers,gifts and blessings.

Let us give them their due when they get things right and refrain from unfair and inaccurate criticism when they do not. Regarding pre-War encyclicals and nineteenth century social commentaries authored by popes and prelates,it does well to remember that "when the Church becomes involved in politics,it always comes off worst" (Pope Benedict). 

The doctrines of the Irish Catholic Church are lodged in the nineteenth century when great need and despair pummelled it forward into the role of political leadership and temporal authority. Today,its political meddling is a cause of both deep dismay and sectarianism. Almost all true believers in Christian values are aghast at the role of the church in paedophilia, economic exploitation and sectarian division. That is due to some clerics nationalist revisionism which is telling us to defer to treacherous leeches and other bloodsuckers like Sinn Fein and Fianna Fail rather than standing up to them and bringing them to court for slander,assault and loss of earnings.

"If a numbskull like Sean Lynch can see that Father Joe Mc Veigh and people like him isn't worth a ball of blue,it doesn't say much for you because you think there's some good in him and his sermons. Leave religion behind you at the church door unless you are under a debt of gratitude to the clergy or a member of your family was helped by them. That's what going the extra mile for peace means. In some situations, they're the only people who care about anyone.
